Application Fee $35/per adult

During the background screening process we check credit, criminal, rental, and eviction history. 

Work orders can be submitted by text, email, or on the tenant portal.  Maintenance requests are checked out within 48 hours. When a request will take longer its communicated to the tenant. 

Each property owner determines if they want to require tenants to carry renter's insurance. You can purchase a policy through our tenant portal or provide proof of a private policy. 

Premier Management provides quarterly pest control services to tenants for routine treatments. Additional treatments for fleas, roaches, bed bugs, etc. caused by the tenant are provided for an additional fee. 

Property Inspections are performed at least once a year. If there are concerns or questions, additional inspections may be performed with advanced notice. 

Rent can be mailed via check or money order to our PO Box. Tenants can also pay with a credit or debit card on the online portal for a fee. Payments made on the tenant portal with a checking or savings account via ACH have no fee.
